What themes will be covered?

This forum will address the intangibles that are draining company profit from organisations but are not being recognised or addressed. The forum will cover:

  • Collaboration through mentoring, networking and experiential team building to shape a happy, loyal, innovative workforce, resilient to today’s harsh economic reality. Understand how to find and retain talented staff in today’s climate of near-full employment
  • Processes such as IT systems, performance improvement measures and strategic intervention measures that create a system for handling business operations – to save time and money, and eliminate employee frustration
  • Engagement of staff using passion, purpose, performance and case studies to understand different behaviour combinations; apply recognition, engagement and corporate social responsibility to achieve better business outcomes.
  • Knowledge and Creativity including self-knowledge, voice intelligence, personal money coaching, presentation skills and emotional intelligence. With efficient knowledge transfer you’ll cut costs by streamlining your organisation for higher efficiency.

What should I expect?
